Land & Plot Finder Planning Management

During 2025 Land & Plot Finder launched our planning management department. We found that many landowners considered that they would rather handle their own planning applications rather than hand over control to a buyer, be that a developer or land promoter. However the planning process has become extremely complicated and very expensive. A multi disciplined team of professionals need to be identified and coordinated to move the planning process forward to a successful outcome. With the depth of expertise already within our organisation and close links with other planning professionals we decided to offer our clients a one stop planning service. Land & Plot Finder will access land or buildings with planning potential free of charge. We will identify the potential land value and provide an "all in" cost estimate for our clients who can then make an informed decision about how best to proceed. If instructed LPF will then oversee and manage a planning team which is appropriate to the land or buildings in question. A package of services will include topographical survey, architects drawings, planning statements, pre application negotiations with the local council and full planning application preparation and submission. Specialist reports appropriate to the site in question will also be commissioned and coordinated by LPF.

Going forward into 2026 LPF are managing sites across Dorset and Hampshire on behalf of individual land owners and companies.
