The pub was failing due to economic factors and faced closure. LPF were able to demonstrate to the owners that the building was worth more as a development site than it was as a business. Nord Homes purchased the pub and car park and managed to achieve planning permission for nine houses which are now nearing completion. A show home will be available to view before Christmas 2025.
