Land & Plot Finder are pleased to confirm that planning permission has been granted for a contemporary two bedroomed bungalow in a prestigious road in Southbourne. ARC Architects imaginative design solution for this site had to take into account its setting which is in close proximity to a building of architectural merit and adjoining a number of rear gardens of neighbouring properties. The plot was created from previously under utilised garden land and LPF are constantly perusing similar sites. Construction is set to begin in the summer of 2022.
