Land & Plot Finder have recently sold this redundant light industrial building on behalf of the owners. Situated in a predominantly residential area in Bournemouth, the building has been vacant for over 7 years and fallen into disrepair. LPF introduced the site to a local Development company who have now submitted a planning application to demolish the redundant building and replace it with four semi detached houses and an office building.
